Mr Shyam Bihari Lal Ji Saxena was mayor of Jaipur City for two consecutive terms and to protest the shifting of the Bench, he surrendered his municipal corporationu2019s membership and was also jailed in this connection. He was an accomplished social worker connected with many social & religious organizations. He has been the President of the Rajasthan High Court Bar Association, Jaipur and 3 year consecutive President of Jaipur Bar Association which is Asia's largest bar association
